Paid Events Payments
KRYX EVENTS allow Event Host to create Paid Events where Paid Events are Events that require Guest to make a form of payment, directly to Event Host, to complete registration in order to attend the event.
KRYX EVENTS DOES NOT, handle or process, any forms of payments for admission charges to any events created using KRYX EVENTS. Each Event Host will have to provide their own payment link for Guest to make a direct payment to Event Host after registration.
KRYX EVENTS will not be involved and is not liable for any payment disputes between Event Hosts and Guests.
Event Hosts will be fully responsible for any payments issues arising from all payments collection from Guests.
Applicable Law
By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms of service, or any dispute of any sort that might come between KRYX EVENTS and you, or its business partners and associates.
Disputes
Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court of Republic of Singapore and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
